Working From Home isn't Easy!!

Working at home is hard. I mean be honest, how many of us are earning enough to support our families? Not many. There are a huge amount of bloggers that are earning a lot of money, but the vast majority of us are out here struggling. What I guess I wanted to say before I tell you about something new, is that even those bloggers that are making it big now, started off slow. So be patient and go easy on yourself and don't give up. Anything worth having is worth fighting for right? So, I try these little programs that some say aren't really worth our time, but when they add up they give me and my family a little something extra. So please don't worry if the small business ideas I give you, aren't something you are interested in. I am just trying everything to see how it works.

One day, I will be able to tell you exactly what works and what doesn't. At least, I hope to be able to. LOL

As you know I am always trying something new and I found something new to tell you about yesterday. Now, I don't really know whether you want to get excited about it or anything but it is something and I am told you can earn around $150-$200 a month. While that isn't enough to support a family of one, let alone a family of four, it certainly could help with the gas bills. lol.

Free money making opportunity. Join Cashfiesta.com and earn cash.

There are actually two of these types of opportunities (at least that I am aware of) and if there are more that you know about, please let me know.

The idea goes something like this: you download Cashfiesta's tool bar onto your computer. It shows up on your screen, you can choose whether you want it on top or bottom. There is a little caveman (or something) walking on the left hand side of the tool bar. While he is walking you are earning points, and points translate into money. I don't really know how much money at this point, since I just started yesteray, but I am sure to find out. If the caveman stops walking at any point during your web surfing then you know that you have stopped earning points. If this happens, just follow the directions to get your guy walking again. It is really very simple.

There are other ways you can make more money also. They have special offers that you can do to earn you more money, which I haven't done yet, and probably won't do, and they have their referral rewards program. If you want to try it out, then please click on the banner in this post or on the right side where all my links are.

I did mention another one of these types of earnings programs, and I have signed up for the other one, but at this point it is not up and running, so as I learn more about that program I will let you know.

Until then, we'll see how this works. (smile)

Have a great day!!!!

Fantastic Advice from Scott At LegitimateBusinessReviews.com

I had an important email from a leading internet entrepeneur, Scott Edward. He has a super site LegitimateBusinessReviews.com
Anyway, I asked Scott for permission to pass his email on to you. So here it is and thanks so much Scott. Your advice is invaluable.

Hi Danyiell,

I'm so tired of it that I'm issuing an official warning.People are being duped by aparticular kind of work-at-homebusiness and I wanted to letyou know about it.Anytime you see a Business 0pp.about data entry or typ-ing at home, put your guard up. Here's why: They are fooling you into thinking that you are going to be doing some typing in your spare time and getting paid for it.These are the statements to look out for:"Fill out simple web forms forcompanies""Choose the companies you wantto work with from our onlinecatalog""You will never be turned downby these companies""Simply copy and paste the information we provide you intothe form."Don't believe what you read on those websites.Want to know what they're reallyselling? It's actually the sameas the pay-per-click or affiliatemarketing sites. What you do is write ads that will be attractive and will send prospective customers to otherwebsites. If those customers buy,you get a com-mission.It's NOT just typing. You haveto open up an account with oneof the online advertisers (usuallyGoogle or Yahoo). Then you enterthe ads and they go out on theInternet. Here's what you're not told: everytime someone clicks on your ad, youpay!YOU PAY!You pay around a dollar per click. And if you want better exposure, you pay more than that. If your ad is sparkling and the site you send someone to is really a great value, then you might makesome decent money. The truth is that this kind ofprogram actually works. But if you're like me, I don't want to reward a company for deceiving me into their business. It's an affiliate marketingbusiness, but they deceive youinto thinking it's a typing business.I'd rather do business with a company that is up-front about what I will be doing. It is NOT my intent to "sell" you anything in this email. I just wanted to warn you about these companies.I get so many people asking about them. Just watch out for them.

There is a reason that the #1 payment processor on the Internet,
Clickbank, removed all of the data-entry programs from their product
lists last Fall. Their refund rates were through the roof. It's not a data entry business.

Don't be deceived.

Keep your guard up,

-Scott

Clixsense updated....

I have been playing around with Clixsense.com today and so far I have managed to make a whopping 25 cents. The system says that I can make more money if I upgrade to their premium account. It only costs $10 so I may very well do that. The only problem is that so far I have only seen offers for 1 cent each. So if they have 525 ads that I can click on to make money, that is only $5.25 for all of them. The good news is that the $10 is for the whole year, so I could definitely make my money back. It will just take a little while.

Meanwhile I am still trying to recover from my sickness and hopefully I am on my way to recovery. This is the first day that I haven't slept until 3 or 4 in the afternoon and hopefully I will sleep tonight. So you may be in for a few posts this week. YAY!!!

If anyone is involved in clixsense.com and has upgraded, please let me know how it is going for you. I think we all are interested in learning more about how much we can make and if its a good program.

Well hope you all are well and happy.

See you soon!

Hey Everybody!!

I'm sorry I have been missing. I have been sick and still can't talk very well. Lost my voice, ribs hurt, throat aches, you name it I got it. I feel like I've been hit by a bus. lol

Anyway, the trip took off with a bunch of hitches. That may be wrong, I was thinking of the saying " the trip took off without a hitch," but that, in our case, wasn't so.

To begin with my credit card was declined when we went to get gas. Had to wait on hold with my bank and right when they were about to tell me what was going on, my cell phone lost signal. :( So, thank God, my Aunt Shannon showed up with credit card in hand. She handed it to the clerk and we were on our way. So we are driving down Hwy 94 and my cell phone rings. The bank called and said they fixed my card and they were terribly sorry. We all breathe a sigh of relief and start to enjoy the road trip... for thirty seconds.

I have 2 boys so I am not used to taking a road trip with girls, but since we were all going to the same place, I took my sister's 2 girls with me. When a boy has to go to the bathroom and can't hold it till the next rest stop, you simply hand them a bottle with a cap, and direct them to the very back part of the van. With girls you have to find somewhere to stop immediately. Unfortunately, I didn't learn this until I had two girls in my van for a 2 1/2 hour drive. I swear, next time, they are going with their mother. LOL. I didn't realize how easy I had it. I mean, I am a girl, but I must have changed to fit the ultimately male population in my family. So after we stopped several times for bathroom breaks, we finally made it to the campsite.

The campsite was nice, but we are used to going up into the mountains and camping in the middle of nowhere. No people, and no electricity. This place was on the plains and it had electricity, people, pets, mosquitoes, the works. We could fish, swim, boat, or just sit and enjoy the sun.

The first night we were there, my two brothers, my oldest son, my husband and I were awakened by a chewing sound right outside both of our tents. We all waited a while calling softly accrossed the clearing to each other. Finally whatever the monster was, saw Branden and Kristopher looking at it through the tent window and took off with his head in a trash bag. We laughed so loud I thought we would wake up the entire camp grounds. Everyone settled back to sleep, but it wasn't meant to be. Less than a half an hour later, the monster was back. There we were whispering to each other again, and finally my husband, Sean, got dressed, put on shoes and the next thing I knew he was charging out of the tent with an ax, yelling. Apparently the black lab that was eating our cooler didn't scare easily so he just stood there, staring at Sean and chewing the soft vinyl of one of our empty coolers. So Sean growled at it, and when that didn't work, ran at it full force. Branden, Kristopher, Zechariah, and I were literally laughing histerically by this time. Oh my gosh, it was funny. Sean came back to the campsite, but we did not go back to bed. We sat up on our folding chairs in the dark, waiting for that black lab. lol. He, of course didn't show up. So after an hour of sitting and waiting for the black lab terrorist, we all went back to our tents. Ten minutes later, he was back. My husband hadn't even taken off his shoes so out the tent he went, and we all hear cursing. That was new so I asked what happened and he said the dog was running away with our cooler this time. Oh my gosh I thought my sides were going to split open. We were dying laughing. Sean ran after the dog and got the cooler back and thank God that was the last we heard of that mangy dog. The next morning however, at some crazy hour, our neighbors packed up complaining that we woke them up at all hours of the night and they left angrily. Not a good sign to our other neighbors. lol.

The next morning our husbands, and brothers took off to "scout" for fishing places, and didn't come back for six hours. It wasn't great fun waiting for them to come back. They, of course, left us with all the kids. lol

Anyway, we stayed there for three days, and it was nice to finally come home.

My younger sister loved it so much she and her husband and our two brothers are heading back there for a week.

We loved it so much that we will never go again. lol

Sean, our two boys, and I are heading up to the mountains with Sean's brother, neice, and cousin. Hopefully my older sister will come with us too. I sure hope its mosquito free. LOL

Does Clixsense make sense?

Recently I was browing through sites because I had to tag someones blog and I wanted it to be a good blog. So anyway, I found Mommy Enterprises which was a very nice site. I really think its wonderful. Anyway, she was talking about a company called ClixSense .

From what I can tell this company asks that you view some ads for change, and as you go, that change builds up into dollars and so on. Its not a bad idea. So we will find out if its a good way to make money or not. I signed up and will be doing all 25 of the offers that were available to me.

So here goes....

I Have Been Tagged

You may have read this on any one of my other blogs, if so please skip it. Lol.

I spent the better part of today trying to find out what that means and finally I found the answer on Divapalooza. Thank God!

So I have to tell you eight facts about me and tag 8 more blogs. So here goes:

Have you guys noticed this picture on the right hand side of the page? Well if you haven't give it a click. This picture leads you into a health network that we just joined for our weightloss quest blog. Just take a peek cause I think you'll like what you find.

And just in case you were wondering, Angela has been asking for submissions to join the network but the opportunity is only available for one week. It started on June 22 and will end on June 29. So if you have a health blog you would like to submit, just click on the shoes and the instructions will be there.

Good luck!!!

I am a Little Bit Discouraged

I have been delving into payperpost and have definitely earned a little bit of money. The only problem is that you are only allowed to do three posts for each blog. You can't do the same advertisment for two of your blogs, and the money takes thirty days to hit your account. Which is great once you hit your thirty days, because then you start getting paid every day or every few days. I have only made $73 in the last thirty days.

I finally got my first ten posts approved, which you have to have in order to add another blog. So I get to add my weightloss blog to payperpost today!!! Woohoo. Today was my first pay day from payperpost also. I got paid $8. YAY!!!

Anyway, I hope it picks up now that I can add another blog. As always, I will let you know.

Hurting for Money?

Believe it or not, I have been looking for a job online, not for the pleasure of something to do. Nope, I have enough to do. lol. I have been looking for an at home job solely because I need money. In my desperation to make ends meet, I have maxed my credit cards out and taken out two payday loans. Now I have bad credit, which is what caused me to seek out these types of funding. We had a medical bankruptcy a couple of year ago, and though it was medical, it doesn't change the label of "bad credit."

I finally went to my bank and they loaned me the money to get out of the mess I created. They didn't loan it to me based on my credit, as in my credit reports. They loaned it to me based on our history with our bank and the fact that we have direct deposit for my husbands check. THANK GOD!!!

There are lots of people hoping to take advantage of you when you have bad credit and are in a bad situation, but there are legitimate ways of getting help, and there is a lot of information out there. One of the sites that offers good information on bad credit loans and finance charges for bad credit is bad credit loans . If you are confused or are looking for solutions with bad credit, don't hesitate to check out this site. It explained a lot about interest rates for bad credit for me, and I actually understood it.

Check it out, but remember, there is always hope.

First time seeing this blog???

I have been looking over my stats and wondering what people want to see. What would you like to look at every day? What is it that makes you come back to a blog day after day?

Whatever it is please let me know. I would love the opportunity to improve my blog.

If there is a scam you want checked out, please let me know. If you have a blog of your own, then let me know so I can do a write up about it. If you know of a blog that is out of this world, let me know so I can link to it.

If you don't like something, tell me about it. Most of all enjoy yourself while you are here.

Have a good one and thank for wandering onto my site!!!!

Dear Lord

You may have already read this on my weigtloss blog, but if you haven't I just wanted to let you know....

We are getting ready to launch a site called Dear Lord. This will be a site that offers advice, scripture, doctrine, inspiration and hope to all of those who need it.

Obviously, if you don't want or need any of those than this site is not for you,(smile) but for those of us who have problems or just need a little spiritual uplifting, come on over.

We will be going live on July 14th and we are extremely excited. We have seven people who will be giving advice and contributing to this site. All of us have testimonies posted on DearLord in order to explain to you, where each of us is coming from and why we are each uniquely qualified to help you or even offer advice.

If you don't want advice then come for the bookshelf, or the inspirational corner. We have a doctrinal page and we will probably just have conversation. All of these will be secondary so they may take a while to get up and functional, but keep checking back.

We would enjoy seeing you, so please stop by when we are ready to go. You won't be sorry.

Plans fail or lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed. Proverbs 15:22

Marketing time

As I discussed yesterday, I am beginning to believe that the key to working at home is marketing, which I am fatally bad at. So I have decided to do an experiment. I am going to pick one thing, one business, to try and market for 4 weeks. After that time, I will see if the marketing is what I needed or if I was right about some of these work at home jobs.

I am going to market by email, mail, and in person. Hopefully I will do alright. Like I said, I am not good at it. In fact, I just simply hate it. Anyway, I will give it a shot and let you know what happens. Don't hold your breath, I don't want anyone fainting dead away.(lol) We'll just have to wait and see.

Until next time... Hope you are making the big bucks.

GDI Follow up...

Well its going...not so good. I have had two sign ups under me. To be fair, I haven't done much advertising, but I have to admit that I HATE marketing.

My trainer started me on using Craigslist and although that is kind of a black and white area, I have no problems using it. What I have a problem doing is talking to family members, which I have in abundance, and who incidentally think that I'm crazy every time I find another work from home opportunity. I also hate telling all my friends, since I don't have any. Well, I guess you can count Theresa and Crystina as my friends, but they do everything with me so I am not getting anything for them. I do have one friend from high school, but we don't talk much and she probably wouldn't do it anyway. So what are we left with? I have no idea.

What do you think?

I think people make money on the internet everyday and I'm not one of them. Is it simply because I hate the marketing aspect of a business? When this blog gets more exposure would it be easier for me to market?

Take GDI for example. In theory, its the perfect system. You make money forever by pulling people into this business. The only reason it would fail is if no one signed up. That is where I am. I have only signed up two people. Where are all of the others going to come from?

I just don't know. Maybe one of you will have the answers, or maybe tomorrow I will. LOL.

Have a great day everybody... Hope you are making some money!

The Rumblings of a Volcano

A new way to make money blogging was brought to my attention today, and Advolcano.com was the source. Advolcano is an internet advertising site. Which means that they are the middle man between those who want to advertise on sites or blogs, and those that want to sell advertising slots on their sites or blogs. They have registrations set up in two groups: Advertisers and Publishers.

For those of us that wish to draw people to our blog, or maybe give them a reason to come back, while making money, the publishers side is the place for us. Of course, those of you who already have this part down and want to buy advertising, you know which side you belong to. lol.

Advolcano lets you pick where you want the promotional advertisements to go on your site, as well as lets you have complete creative control. Meanwhile they also let you set the payments for each time frame. For instance, I decided 1 day of advertising on my site would cost the advertiser $6. Of course, the more days the advertiser wanted to run the ad, the more the advertiser saves. For instance, if an advertiser wanted the ad to run for 7 days, the price would be $10, and so on.

It is a very cool place to get started. So give it a try and let me know what you think. I think you'll really like it.

Surveying the claims....

How many thousands of sites claim that doing their surveys will give you a part time income or even better, a full time income? I have seen quite a few. So I have signed up with all of the ones I could get my hands on. Either I am not doing it right or this survey thing just doesn't work.

If I am wrong please tell me. I would be so happy to fill out surveys for money, but my inbox is swamped with requests to do surveys and all they offer me is to enter me into sweepstakes,or contests for free. Okay, so the sweepstakes are for like $30k, but how likely is that? So what are we supposed to do, spend 20 minutes on a survey that there is a very slight, a tiny sliver really, of winning $30k?

I don't know about you, but that sounds like a complete waste of time to me. What do you all think?

Maybe I am just not getting the right surveys. If anyone out there has a real survey company, then I would be incredibly happy to hear about it, as would all the readers. (both of them)lol

We're celebrating with Lucky 7's!

This morning Payperpost's advertise on blogs released the fantastic news that they have received $7 million in funding. This is exciting! I mean for a company that just started in June of last year (2006), that is quite a feat.

In order to celebrate in style, payperpost has decided to make this a 7 day extravaganza, complete with bonus opportunities.

Lucky 7, as it has been deemed by Payperpost, is a 7 day time period starting noon today and ending next Tuesday at the same time. During these 7 days, payperpost will be releasing $7,000 in opportunities. Bloggers may choose from opportunities using three different increments: $10.77, $70, and $700.

I don't know about you, but that is major money to me, and even if bloggers choose to do one $10.77 post, they are not limited on the other two increments. They can still do one of both of the big money posts. Bloggers can take any opportunity that comes up in their opps and even better news for everyone… none of the opportunities are segmented. You know what that means? Yep, that means that even the newbie who just walked in the doors gets a chance. Isn't that fantastic!!

So if you get the chance, take what you can, and acknowledge the success that payperpost is enjoying! Please see the press release below announcing this happy event!

Press Release:
The PayPerPost Revolution Accelerates, Sponsored
Blogging Marketplace Secures $7 Million Series B

Draper Fisher Jurvetson leads round and joins Board of Directors

ORLANDO, FL – (June 12, 2007) – PayPerPost, the leading marketplace for advertisers to reach bloggers and other consumer content creators, today announced it has completed a $7 million second round investment led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson, an investor in the company's Series A and one of the world’s leading high-technology venture capital firms. The financing brings the total amount of capital raised by PayPerPost to over $10 million, giving the company considerable resources for further development as the industry’s leading Consumer Generated Advertising marketplace. Additional participants in the round include existing investors Inflexion Partners and Village Ventures as well as new investor DFJ Gotham. With this investment, DFJ Managing Director Josh Stein also joins PayPerPost’s Board of Directors.

“PayPerPost created this exciting new advertising space and has established itself as the industry leader,” said Ted Murphy, chief executive officer of PayPerPost. “Although we’ve only used a portion of our first round capital, this added support from investors unlocks significant growth potential. Our content creator and advertiser ROI metrics clearly demonstrate the upside for PayPerPost’s model. We intend to use this capital to build the infrastructure, visibility and professional expertise necessary to reach and retain a greater network of advertisers and content creators than ever before.”

Since its founding in June of 2006, PayPerPost has signed more than 6,500 advertisers to its groundbreaking service, which has enabled Consumer Content Creators to be compensated for their efforts discussing specific companies, products or services via blogs, videos or other media. The content creators are required to disclose relationships with advertisers on their blog, providing transparency for the end reader. Over 125,000 Internet postings, most in the form of blogs, have already earned money for their creators through PayPerPost’s innovative marketplace. PayPerPost recently released PayPerPost Direct, a disruptive new service that allows advertisers to contract and negotiate directly with individual bloggers they identify through a safe, managed system.

“PayPerPost has laid a strong foundation for the future,” noted Tim Draper, founder and managing director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson. “It continues to attract a critical mass of participants from both the advertising and blogging communities. Analogous to Overture’s sponsored search model, we believe PayPerPost’s business model holds disruptive potential and will enable the company to thrive in the evolving paid-content arena.”

To mark the $7 million dollar funding, PayPerPost has launched a new website detailing the company’s service offering at http://www.payperpost.com. Bloggers and advertisers can easily sign up at the site and begin leveraging the self service marketplace.

Is it worth it - continued

So here is the "what's next."

For those of you who have done what I am about to describe let me know if I get it wrong or if I need to modify something.

When the offers run out and there is no money left to be made that way, although I'm told that there are some offers that you can do over and over again, there is another way.

This will only work if you have some money to invest. Instead of doing the offers for others, you will now be the one who pays people to do offers for you. Why would you do this? Well let me tell you.

Say paypal offers you $350 for 4 green referrals. Well you just paid $25 to 4 people and got $350 for it. You spent $100 and got $250. Thats quite a return. The trouble with this is that sometimes people go green, but then get flagged. That means you paid because they went green, but something happened and they have been put on hold. Now you have to either find out if the trader will be able to complete this trade or if you have to go after your money because you got scammed.

There are trading records called TR's The more TR's you have accompanied by comments, the better trader you are.

I personally have a TR of 3. This means that I have completed three trades fully. I became green, they paid me through paypal and left feedback for me.

Another major problem with this system is that as traders turn green for you, you have to pay them, but you don't get paid until all four of your referrals go green. So you could be waiting a couple of days. I have not done this to make money. So far, I have only been the one who goes green, but I may soon branch out into this other side.

In order to become the initiator and have people go green for you, you must have a TR of at least 4. If you would like more information on this, please let me know.

Stay tuned for the third way to make money with this system.

Who Gets....What?

What would you like to win?

Well go and get it.

All you have to do is sign up at whogets.com Once you confirm your account with the link in your email, you enter in some information about yourself and look through the contests. You then pick the one you want to win the most. Once you are entered, there will be a text box that pops up and asks you why you think you should win. I admit, it was kind of fun to come up with a reason and in the end I couldn't actually think of anything except, "I've never won anything before." lol. If I were to become a finalist (they pick 7 finalists for each contest) that would be what decided it for me. I am quite sure that I will win, by the sheer magnitude and depth of my answer. LOL.

Well luck to you as you play, and may I win and not you....(lol)

Is it worth it?

Well I am ready to tell you about my recent endeavor.

I got involved in my most recent opportunity through a site called Project Payday. It explained that you would make money by doing those trials you see pop up all over the place.

Don't know what I am talking about? Okay, you know those sites that say "Get your free ipod here." Yes, I thought you did. Everybody has seen those sights and we usually steer clear of them, because we know that somehow we aren't going to get the ipod and on top of that, we are going to be giving out our credit cards. Not a fun prospect.

Well, this new job explained that people who really want that ipod will pay you to do their offers for them. In this particular case, a person signs up for the ipod and the trial, or whatever the company wants them to sign up for. Then the person has to refer, let say, 8 people to do the same thing in order to get their free ipod. So, these people get about 4 or 5 of their friends to do the offers for them, but they are 3 or 4 shy. So they post to these user groups in order to get someone to either trade them for other offers, or trade them for cash. The amount of money you make per trade depends on how much the offers are going to cost and how many you will have to do. Say for instance I need 1 credit for the ipod, so I go in and I have my choice of offers ranging from $1 into the hundreds and two hundreds. I, of course, choose the $1. That means that I will probably have to do 2-4 opportunities, because the $1 opportunities are usually the opportunities that only count for 1/4, 1/3, or 1/2 toward your credit. When all of your offers get approved and you have your full 1 credit then you are called "green." Which simply means that you get paid.

Payment goes directly to paypal (yes you have to have a paypal account.)

I went with the cash. I don't really want and Ipod, but there are a lot of people who get the free gifts and then put them on ebay and make a killing. Then there are people like me, who just want cash now and forget the rest. Well I got onto this forum I had been told to join and immediately started receiving requests for offers people wanted me to do for them. I quickly got into the swing of things. I signed up for and did my first one, but then I didn't turn green. I waited and waited and then got nervous and pm'd(personal message) the initiator of the trade.

She then told me that sometimes it takes a while. I was relieved and begain to accept other offers to trade. I made about $120 in my first two days. After that things began slowing down. Not only did I have a bunch of problems with my trials, trying to get them cancelled before the time, and getting charged if I didn't. I also was running out of offers to do, because you can't duplicate ANY site. It became a hassle.

Now I know that many people have made it doing this and at first the money was fantastic, but then what?

Well I will save that for the next post, but just so you know, there is another step.(smile)

After I give you all of the information, I will also give you the sites and forums you will need to start if thats what you choose to do.

If you have done this or are currently doing this please write us and let us know how you do it and what you think of it. We would all really love to know.

Wow, Look at my traffic

I don't write for a few days and all of a sudden people start showing up. I am sorry guys, thats kind of like showing up for a house party and the owners of the house are gone. Thats not nice!!!

I do have a reason though if you are interested in hearing about it.

I have been busy making money! Yep, you read right. I have been making money on a real honest to goodness work at home opportunity. Intrigued? Well, I would be too. I started last Thursday and have actually seen, in my paypal account, about $100. My sister did $125. Since Thursday guys!!!

I am going to tell you about it but first I want to get through all the problems we are having. There are problems with the system and Crystina and I are going to get to the bottom of them, so that we can hand you a fantastic opportunity.

Now you know I am not scamming you. I just wouldn't do that, but I really don't want to tell you guys to do something and then find out its bad news. So, give me just a couple more days and I will be sure to tell you.

Meanwhile, I did get more money from Payperpost. I can't believe they have been approving my posts. Its so awesome!!! Can't way to be rollin in the dough, lol. Yeah, right.

Well, please let me know what you guys have been up to. It would be nice to have a comment now and then. LOL

See you soon!

Okay, I admit it, I've fallen head over heels...

I have fallen in love with payperpost.com blog reviews . I find it absolutely amazing. I have made just over $35 and mostly in the last day. I have been with them for about 2 weeks now, and though I started out slow, I am finally catching up. I guess you want to know what I am going to do with all $35? I'm going to Disney World!!!

Seriously, though, $35 doesn't seem like much, but it’s a lot for a few days work promoting some pretty darned good products and services.

I have met some really great people. They are all so nice and helpful. I even had a few concerns when I first started, and the experienced bloggers came to my rescue in the forum. The whole forum is full of experienced bloggers showing newbie’s how to succeed at blogging. How often do you see would be competitors helping each other out? The answer to that would be, never. Bloggers at payperpost do not seem to consider themselves competitors. Instead, they count themselves as friends, colleagues and sometimes more. Everyone is willing to help. I love it!

After years of searching for a legitimate opportunity to work at home, I feel like I have finally found my niche. So, thanks so much payperpost. You are just what I needed.

YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS!!!!

I got approved within minutes on sponsoredreviews.com, the first time around!!!! I told you you wouldn't believe it.

Once approved I went into the advertisers and it was glorious. Like heaven! I have the choice of higher paying assignments and Oh My Gosh, I am so excited.

I currently have six advertisers reviewing my bids. Hey, I am not worried. I may not get any for a while, but at some point I will get one and then people will flock to my site. LOL, yeah right! Anyway, I will continue to report my progress. Until then, be happy and hopeful!

A new way to make money on your blog!

I just signed up with sponsoredreviews.com. It is an advertising for hire site, which matches you up with paying advertisers. You remember, like payperpost. Of course I have to wait for my blog to be reviewed again, and I fully expect it to get rejected a few times first, lol, but I am hopeful that it will be up and running soon.

Some of the differences include the fact that you get to choose what you want to be paid, which is AWESOME!!! They give you a suggestion price range. I, of course, chose the lowest, as I am not at the high dollar range yet. One day maybe, but not now. Besides, I want everyone to enjoy my services equally and if I put my prices too high, some people may not enjoy my wonderful style simply because of money. Now we can't have that, can we. (LOL)

Anyway, as always, I will let you know how it turns out. It should be fun....

Summer Score!

I have two sons, Zechariah (9) and Nathanael (7). I homeschool them during Fall, Winter, and Spring, but they started out behind so its been hard trying to catch them up.

So this year I started looking for a summer school program to help them. Score Educational Center has a reading program for every grade. They help make the reading fun and the children seem to enjoy it. With the types of learning they provide I have heard that a child can literally be reading a grade level higher at the end of the thirty one-hour sessions. Those sessions can be spread out over the entire summer or just a few concentrated days.

I signed up for more information on their site and am anxiously awaiting their call back. It is definitely everything I need for my children. I would love for the boys to feel good about their reading for a change. Score Educational Center can accomplish that. I think that reading well will make them totally different people. They don't get teased a lot or anything, because they are homeschooled, but real accomplishment breeds real self esteem, and that is what I am going for.

If your child is having trouble in any subject please feel free to investigate at Summer Program I was thrilled with the idea of a program like this. My boys are even excited!

Hoping for a Miracle!!!!!

RED ALERT!!!!!

Madelein McCann was abducted from her hotel room in Praia Da Luz, Portugal in March of this year (2007). This is every parents nightmare, so please, for this little girls sake, look this picture over and memorize her features. Notice the abnormality in her right eye. This is the mark everyone on the news is drawing our attention to. Her parents are devestated and willing to do anything to get her back, after all, wouldn't you be. Please help. You never know who might see her or where she might be. If you can, you may even want to post the picture to your site so we can give this as much coverage as possible. Copy the pic and put it in your emails, or whatever. I know that whatever you can do will help. Most of all, pray. Its really the only thing besides being vigalant that we can do, and its an awful lot. If all of this sounds corny to you, try and think of how you'd feel. Thanks, in advance, for all that you do.

A Direct way to advertise for a specific advertiser.

Payperpost Direct has recently come out with a new feature that will ensure bloggers much happiness.

Imagine being able to find your own advertisers. Maybe an advertiser is scanning through your blog and likes your theme. What’s more is that the advertiser loves the way you, in particular, write. Well with payperpost direct, the advertiser could hire you with the click of a button, or should I say badge?

To begin with, the blogger posts the payperpost direct badge on their blog. This badge is located in your ppp tools icon. Then simply hit the ppp direct badge and there you are, right smack in the middle of the payperpost direct badge center. You pick the color and the style, the lowest price you would take for a direct advertising opportunity and select widget. From here on you want to make sure to verify your url and then hit add widget. You will then be brought up to your template and the badge will automatically be placed on your page.

Simple huh?

The best part is that payperpost only charges a super small fee for this opportunity. In fact, the charge is 10% compared to 50% or higher that its competitors, such as Review Me, charge.

I can't believe that they charge so much less, while doing so much work. They make sure we get paid, the earnings get claimed on taxes, and the cut out the risk factors that come from trying to negotiate with an advertiser. I mean, lets get real. Do we even know a fake advertiser from a real one? I sure don't. Payperpost is taking all the risk and they have experience in knowing the difference.

For you newbie bloggers, like me, this feature is available to all bloggers, and is simple to use. So come on and join at get paid to blog. You are bound to be happy you did!

Blogging and the money you make.

I have been doing this blogging thing for about two weeks and you know what? I really like it. Even though nobody ever comes to visit or comment and basically I am just talking to myself (laughing) I am enjoying writing what I think.

Hows the money, you ask? Well, not real good. At least, not right now, but I think that willl change once I get a visitor or two. LOL. I have had a couple of comments once or twice, but I think they were pity conversations. No, I am just kidding. For payperpost.com alone I have made about $20.35 for posts, and $15.00 for one referral, and for AssociatedContent.com I have earned about $20 also. That isn't too bad, considering I don't post a lot.

I am currently trying to post more often in order to make a better wage, but I struggle to find things to write about and I wonder how to get people to my blog and increasing my ratings. (Here is where the upper crust bloggers are laughing at me, instead of being nice, and offering me advice. lol) Thats just mean, you guys.

I am probably talking to myself, but oh well, it gives me something to do. :)

Anyway, just letting you know about my progress.

Hope you are gaining on your goals and having a great time doing it!!

See you soon. (probably in the mirror.) sigh.

Think ahead and never stop for directions!

Women, are you tired of getting lost? Men, are you tired of someone always telling you to get out and ask for directions? Then this is for both of you! (Smile)

Publicroutes.com has recently popped up to help us save time, gas, and maybe even a few marriages along the way, by giving us printable directions online. Wherever you may be going, it will help you find your way. Simply choose the city you are interested in and hit enter. From there it is simple. Actually, the whole process is simple, quick, and easy. Fill in the text boxes required to find the directions you are looking for and before you know it, you have your directions. Woohoo!!!

This site has other features that are wonderful. In fact, it allows you to "map it." This is where you enter the place you'd like the map of and voila!! The map appears. It is a nice detailed map that you can zoom in on for the finer details or zoom out on to reduce the more than needed details.

Its definitely worth a look see. So, I'll see you there. If you can't find it stop here, get driving directions, for directions. LOL, Otherwise you might end up lost in a train, in the middle of nowhere or worse. (Smile)

Everybody needs to know they aren't alone.

I recently joined a group for work at home employees or hopefuls. It seems to me that everyone needs this type of group. It includes those people that have been looking for a work at home position and those that already have one, which is enlightening. It helps the potential home worker to realize they aren't alone in their search, it gives them hope that there are jobs out there, and it gives them leads as to what type of jobs are out there and what companies are hiring.

For the seasoned home working professional or the starter home working professional, it gratifies them to know that people look up to them, and feels good for them to know that they can help others.

This group is a place where people can talk about their struggles and challenges, but also shares the joys and accomplishments that each person has attained or are trying to reach. The group is called Work at Home and is a great place to get advice, hope, conversation and moral support. Hope to see you there!

Look up with MySky!!

My sky, made by mead, is a new gadget that educates the user about the constellations and space in general. The medium sized, gun shaped astronomy tool is actually a telescope with a pretty good-sized LCD screen. It features instructional videos, sky maps, video tours, and a trigger that will illuminate your understanding of the universe. This gives new meaning to the phrase, “shoot for the stars.” It really is cool!

The main purpose of this gadget is to identify whatever it is in space that you are looking at. To use it, you simply point the gun toward whatever you want to know about and it will tell you the name of the planet, constellation, or galaxy in question. It can record what you shoot and you can even download updated information and tours from the internet. Man, I wish these were out when I was a kid. (Sigh) Well, I am definitely getting one for my kids. Which means that when its freezing outside at Christmas we’ll all be standing on my porch hoping to catch some awesome sights!

They aren’t available yet, but you can pre-order them now at astronomical binoculars If nothing else, you should definitely check it out. This would be the coolest tool for unschooled or homeschooled children.

Pay Per Post Starting to Pay Off

Okay, so I placed a post on this site for payperpost.com and guess what? It got approved and put $8 in my account. This was one short blog post that literally took 4 1/2 minutes. How awesome is that???

Crystina had been talking to a friend that worked for payperpost.com, who by the way, makes $150 a day blogging, and he told her about payperpost. We both signed up immediately and are enjoying our small successes right now. Small because we just started, but I'd say that $8 is good for 5 minutes of work, wouldn't you?

Anyway, try it out, its completely free and its fun. You get to write about the stuff you are interested in and throw in some recommedations for stuff or services you actually like. The link is on the side bar. Take a chance and it will pay off, if you stick with it.

Have a great day!!!!

This is Absolutely Awesome!!

Crystina sent me a link a few days ago to a place called associated content. It is truly a very good way to make money. I haven't found anything that has been this cool.

Associated Content is a site where you submit your own writings, be it a college research paper, or a review of a local hotspot, you get paid for what you submit. You don't need your own blog or anything else, you just sign up FOR FREE, and you are in. Then you simply read the guidelines for submissions and put them in for publishing. It is amazing. The pay per piece is $3-$20. You may submit as many pieces per day as you like.

Seriously it is really neat and a great way of making money. It pays through paypal. So you will need a paypal account. You may, if you haven't already, get paypals check card/debit card. That way you have instant access to your money. It will only pay if you are a US Citizen and you may submit articles in either English or Spanish.

I am posting the link below and it will be permanently on the sidebar, if anyone is interested.

Good luck !

Mikes Free List of Surveys

I put a link on the side of this page about a week ago. I was trying out the whole, do surveys get paid, thing. Now, I haven't been doing it for long enough to let you know whether it really works yet or not, but I am going to warn you about something. I used my paypal email address, because these survey companies pay you through paypal, but I recommend that you do not do the same thing. Set up a new free email account and use that.

On some of these survey forms you are allowed to use one email address and then put in your paypal address for payment.

I am going to try to find out if there is a way to link a seperate email address that can be linked to your current paypal address, but if not I will be filtering these messages from one email address to another.

I will let you know how it is for money, but for now, that is all I have. (SMILE)

I'm Wishing, I'm Wishing For the Car I love.....

What could be better than winning a brand new car? Winning a BMW 3.

If you have ever had "used car" trouble than you know what I mean when I say I WANT A NEW CAR! Which is just what I will get if I win the BMW 3 Series on lowest bid. I have a Nissan Quest right now and I so would love to drive down the street in an actual luxury car instead of the "mommy mobile." (Smile) A BMW, every mothers fantasy, and I am certainly no different. I have 5 hours and 33 minutes till I find out my fate. Don't worry everyone, I will let you know if I win. If not, well, I guess I won't have anything to write about. LOL.

Bid4prizes is a new way to get what you want. The items are won by choosing the lowest unique price. By unique, I mean, that the bid that you choose is only good if no one else chooses it. Sound fun? Well you can try it out for free on lowest bid. I am currently bidding on the BMW and the WII. I can't wait to find out if I won!!!!

MY BLOG GOT ACCEPTED BY PAYPERPOST.COM

This is an exciting day for me! My blog (this blog) got accepted by payperpost.com. I have submitted it three times and they have been denied until now. The first time, it was denied because it was too young. The second time, it was denied because it didn't have enough posts on it, but the third times the charm, right?

I went on to see how many opportunities I had, since I am a beginner and I was actually surprised to see that I had twelve qualified opportunities. This means that I have twelve posts that I can do for payperpost.com. The limit is three per day per approved blog, so I already have four days worth of opportunities. I am so excited.

I will keep you posted. If you feel like giving it a try, let me know, I'd be happy to help you get started.

FREE EBOOK!!!!!

Remember when I was telling you about the free ebook that Stacy Perez wrote? Well WE HAVE IT!!! She emailed me and sent me the book for my blog. So Thank You Stacy. :)

I am sure you will be excited to view her book. Take the time to actually go through it, and read what she is saying, because she is one of the most successful internet moms, and she knows what she is talking about. When I read her ebook I was filled with hope for the future and I am sure you will be too.

So here it is ladies and gentlemen. Take your time and peruse at your leisure.

STACY'S FREE EBOOK

Stacys list of work at home jobs

You can also sign up for Stacy's newsletter at her site Dotcommommies.

This woman is a fountain of information.

How about a little help?

I have been thinking. What does every person, who is interested in a site like this, want? Answers, right? Well I want to help you find those answers. So, from now on I will be taking questions and if I don't know the answers, I will find them for you.

I know there are a lot of people with a lot of information to offer. So I thought I would offer to be your free research assistant. You ask the questions, I find the answers. (lol) Well, I don't have a lot of traffic on this site yet but hopefully when I get more people on it, there will be a lot of questions. The more questions I have to research, the more information I store up in my brain.

So I am offerring you my services as a researcher. Even if you just need help looking for a job, let me know. I can start scouring the web looking for a job that may fit you perfectly.

A Little Inspiration!

Stacy Perez started a website in order to help find telecommute jobs. She was pregnant and wanted to stay at home with her child when he was born. She immediately started getting hits and in a relatively short period of time has become one of the internets best known mommy entrepreneurs.

I won't tell you her story, because she is perfectly capable of doing so. What I will do is give you a link to her site. You probably already know it, dotcommommies.

Take a little bit of time, if you are serious about working from home, and stop by to see Stacy. She has an incredible site and always is completely honest with you.

Enjoy!!!

Happy Birthday to Me!!!

I turned 30 today, can you believe it? I can't. I don't feel any different, and there may be a few new lines in my face but what can I say? I'm still young. (Smile)

Well, besides having banana splits for my birthday instead of cake and ice cream, I decided to make some changes. Maybe changes isn't quite the idea. Well, I guess goals is more the thing.

My first goal is the same goal that I have had for the last 4 months, and one you may have seen on my other blog, Weightloss Trail, which is just my blog documenting my weightloss struggle. I won't bore you with it now, but you can go there and read it if you want. So hopefully for my 31st birthday picture I won't have such a fat face.

My second goal is to find a great business that I can do from home THIS year. I am done with waiting and trying out everything. Hopefully between the blogging and GDI, the business I started in recently, I have already found them, so that brings me to my next goal.

My third goal is to get as many resources as I possibly can for mothers and fathers struggling with the same goal as my second. I would love to share with you real jobs and real opportunities. I would love to help someone before they spend five years looking for a work at home job. So my third goal is sort of a committment to you and this blog. I will spend countless hours finding you the information you need.

My fourth goal is to get through my last few months of school. Not a goal I really like, but a goal nevertheless. (lol)

Just so that you know my first and foremost goals and every goal thereafter have the standard goal in them, to be a better servant to Jesus, a better wife to my husband, a better mother to my children, and a better person all around.

All Things Mommy!

Crystina just started a fantastic blog called All Things Mommy. It features everything from homeschooling and the first Creation museum to funny anectdotes about being a mom.

If you are into homeschooling or unschooling this will be a fantastic resource for you. She and I homeschool six children (I know I am repeating myself) but maybe somebody didn't read that post. lol. The point it isn't just an empty blog, she actually knows about homeschooling and unschooling and would be a great resource if you need to ask questions. (which you can do on her site) And if she doesn't know the answers, she will find them for you.

Anyway its a neat little blog so if your in the neighborhood ....

I'm so excited!!!!

I was continuing on through Tory Johnson's information, and she actually has a whole list of work at home companies and positions at this site http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/TakeControlOfYourLife/story?id=2621388&page=1. Just scroll down and she has 4 pages worth of these jobs.

That is not why I am excited though. What I found on one of her job listings was this: remember how I told you about my moms adventure with At Home Professions, the correspondence school that taught her transcription and medical coding? Well, the American Association for Medical Transcription has released a few schools that they absolutely approve of. So if you really want to do transcription then check out your choice of school on this site http://www.aamt.org/scriptcontent/mtapproved.cfm before you sign up or make any decisions. This site also has an employment resource. So you may find that helpful also.

Good Morning Tory!

Tory Johnson has become the spokesperson for legitimate home employment opportunities. Maybe you have seen her on Good Morning America. The first time I saw her was when she was promoting ChaCha on the show, but that isn't the only job she has up her sleeve. She is a veritable fountain of information and hope.

The reason I am telling you all about her is because she actually takes personal emails in order to try and help you get a telecommute job that will fit your needs; scam free. Doesn't that sound wonderful???

You can contact Tory at http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/TakeControlOfYourLife/story?id=3003833&page=1 and hopefully she will pull out a telecommute job wonder story just for you.

Whats not to love?

Benjamin Gan started a site, Telecommute Job List, that literally has posted ALL of the jobs in Craigslist. Not just for his community or city, or even for his own state, but nationwide. How cool is that?!!

When I saw the site I was immediately impressed. There are so many jobs listed and guess what? All of them were current.

Today is May 22, 2007 and the job listings started today, May 22, 2007. So many times, people start sites and don't keep them current. Web surfers end up applying to apply to jobs that have been out of the running for days, weeks, and even sometimes months.

Some websites don't even show a listing date, so you wouldn't have a clue as to when the job was posted. So, it is very refreshing to see a website that is not only up to date, but that lists the times of the post.

Another nice feature on this website is the job listing directory on the right hand side of the page. It allows for quick browsing to save on time, and believe me, with all of those job listings, you'll need all the extra time you can get.

If you get the time, stop over and see this site, it'll be well worth your time. That is, of course, only if you need a real telecommute job, and want a great list to choose from.
(smile)

Nice job Mr. Gan!!!!

GDI

Recently I ran accross an ad in Craigslist. It had a link to a video that I sat through. It took a half hour and you know what? At the end of the half hour, I was actually convinced that I could make money off of this company.

The company is called GDI and they are the proud owners of the .ws rage. They hold all rights to .ws and are marketing it in a way that allows regular people, like me, to profit from it.

I immediately emailed the man who posted his ad on Craigslist and to make a long story short, I signed up.

The first thing that caught me was that it had a free seven day trial for new sign ups. The second thing (the most important thing, in my book) was that even after the trial was over, the charge was only $10 a month. Now how could I beat that? I am always a little skeptical about paying money out, however, and so I wanted to see what I got for the $10 a month. The truth is I got a lot of services. I got my own domain name, and the ability to build a webpage with their tools. The .com days are by no means fading, but .com is becoming awful congested with the millions upon billions of people taking up the webspace, so .ws is a needed commodity.

My sponsor, Gary, told me about the program and I was very excited to get started. He gave me a few lessons and off I went. My sister, Crystina, signed up also and she began the same day I did. Now I am not good at selling or marketing, but I figured I would give it a shot. Within a couple days I had three people underneath me. Thats not a lot but five people in a week will get you a $100 bonus, so I am committed to getting to five people in a week.

The bonuses do come with a stipulation. In order to qualify for them, you have to buy 10 of the company dvd's from the company and thats that. It was a total of a little over $36. I am committed to seeing this thing through for at least 4-6 months. It isn't expensive and it takes very little time. So, I will report and let you know how it goes. If anyone is interested in the video I saw, the link is on the right side of the page or I can put it right here. www.freedom.ws/deckrich/show_dvd
Let me know if you have any questions.

Scams, scams, and more scams

I just came accross a site called Danny's Scam Review, http://dannys-scam-review.com/?gclid=CMnY3Jano4wCFQuQGgodcjFp6Q, and I am thinking of trying one or two of his recommedations.

Danny apparently has tried a bunch of different work at home businesses and advertises he has been scammed 37 times. While we all have been scammed before his information is certainly more helpful as he has taken the businesses that weren't scams and rated them 1through 3. I would love it if any of you know anything about this, or can vouch for Danny. This would be so helpful to all of the readers of these work at home sites.

I may try all of them just to report back to you what I find. Hmmm... I'm thinking.

A Fantastic Resource

When it comes to working at home jobs, business opportunities, and telecommuting tips, WAHM is the site. If you don't believe me just check it out at http://wahm.com.

Cheryl Demas started wahm as a way for mothers to work at home. She has formed a strong network of moms and dads, who are all committed to becoming work at home parents. She makes sure there is an updated list of actual scam free telecommute jobs. She makes sure that she warns people against specific scams, such as telling her web community that they should NEVER pay for a position with a legitimate company.

She has a business opportunity page, which also serves as a great way to advertise for your own company. She provides a message board so that the members can talk to each other and get answers to their questions. There are helpful suggestions for starting a business on her Read and Learn with Wahm. All in all, there is no better or more helpful site online than WAHM.com.

Kudos Cheryl and thanks for all that you have done for the moms and dads out there that needed a good start. You gave it to them!

Bad News

I may have mentioned that my goal in finding something from home, is to bring my husband home. I also would like to find something my 63 year old dad can do from home.

My husband recently started a new job and really likes it. I, on the other hand, hate it. Not because I am clingy or because I can't stand for him to work outside the house, but because since he started there, its like he never has any free time. I will be forever grateful if he can come home and do what he really wants, which is comic book art. He's really good and he has been pursuing his BA in gaming for over a year.

My husband is great at his job, but he has always made it a priority to be off when he's off and to make family time his number one thing. Hopefully we can find something that will allow for this.

My dad, on the other hand, was at his company for over eleven years, and the day after Christmas, was called in to the owners office and laid off. He is 63 years old, as I mentioned before, and nobody will hire him. He is on unemployment now, and he already had to file for early social security.

Isn't it a shame how our people are treated? Isn't it a shame how these companies own us and then discard us because they don't think we are useful any longer?

I am determined to find something that these men can do from home. I am determined to find something that will allow them to stand up and say, you don't own me.

Stand up with me today and take your life back.

(If anyone has any ideas let me know please. LOL)

Are we studying the right books?

On Sunday mornings I run down to Starbucks in Barnes and Noble, with my mom. We drink our coffee and wait for the book store to open its doors. So lately I have been looking at the books marked Start Your Own Internet Business and 206 Jobs You can Do From Home and all the rest of the books in the work at home section. (Yes, the bookstore has a work at home section)

I'm sad to say I didn't find anything good. Most of the jobs are outdated and some of the sites listed don't even exist anymore. I realized the problem at once. See by the time someone writes a book, gets it published, and sees it on the bookstore shelf time has gone by. What people that have great resources need are ebooks, so that they have ever changing information. I have even found a few on the web, like Stacy Perez's free ebook that is updated constantly. I originally saw her ebook on another work at home site, and I have requested that I get a link to it for this blog. Hopefully you will be able to see this wonderful resource soon on this blog. I will certainly send out a post letting you know when it officially becomes available here. So stay tuned for that.

In the mean time, be careful what you read, and if you get a published book regarding work at home jobs or starting your own business, make sure you check the dates on the book. Make sure its new and remember because its on the market in bookstores all accross the nation, they are most likely going to be be picked over jobs anyway.

Cha Cha after the shine wears off.

The happiness we all felt at finding a new job at Chacha a while back has officially lost its luster. Although, still at great search tool, it is not such a great job.

While it definitely allows you the flexibility to get on to work whenever you want, it doesn't not pay you enough for you to consider being at work.

The new rule is that we won't be paid after 6 minutes. We have so many crank queries that I have given up even trying to take them. Its actually more of a hassle to work there than it is to go through and tighten up my budget.

At most, I have been getting paid $5.00 an hour. It is literally .50 cents every 5 minutes. There are some people still trying to work it out, but the vast majority of us have dropped it due to low pay and the irritation of never getting a real search.

Well, I guess it was just to good to be true.

Blog money...The Wave of the Future

It seems that everyone I know is trying to make money from home somehow. Crystina was talking to a few people from Chacha the other day about GDI, when she was told about payperpost.com. Now I have heard that some people actually make money from blogging, but I had never actually known one who did.

This guy explained that the business started out slow in November of 2006, but now he is making a little over $4,000 a month. How you may wonder? Well so do I.

I tried to do a blog business last August, but to my disgust couldn't find a way to get people to my site. So it was great for Crystina and I when the guy offerred to help us start our own blogging business.

We both got set up with payperpost and he is going to give us more companies to get started with when we get the basics down.

Payperpost.com has some definite must haves to get your blog accepted by them. The two I know about are 1. The blog has to be 90 days old or older, and 2. It has to have a minimum of 20 blogs on it in the last 90 days. The reason I know about those two is because those are the two reasons, so far, for which, they have rejected my blog. (SMILE)

I don't mind, because once I get the hang of this thing, I can tell you guys too. In the meanwhile, I have the link to payperpost.com on the right hand side of this page, so check it out. I will be back with more, but don't hold your breath, it could be a while. (lol)

EBAY and the millionaires its makes!!!

Ebay, one of the fastest growing money makers ever, is supposed to be a shoe in for anyone who wants to make money. Well, I ask you, why not me?

I love ebay. I love to buy on ebay, sell on ebay, and I would LOVE to make money on ebay. So why can't I?

Well through all of those thousands of ebay marketing schemes, the courses offered by various successfull ebayers, and the tutorials given by ebay themselves, I still can't figure out what to sell, who to trust and where to start.

I sold my childrens go carts on ebay, and a few pair of jeans. But I certainly don't have enough stuff in my home to make a million dollars. I don't even have the money to go buy a bunch of things to sell on ebay. I have heard of the drop shippers and have looked up a few, but I am not sure which one to pick.

Admittedly I am just a chicken and maybe even a baby for wanting someone to hold my hand through this phase, but it doesn't change anything. Its not that I'm not motivated. It's not that I can't do it, its simpy this, I am not sure what to do.

I expect that I am not the only one, and for those who are like me, well hopefully we'll all figure it out, but until then, I am asking, if you know what you are doing on ebay, can you please help the rest of us? Can you help us and tell us what to do in the simplest terms, for a reasonable price, if any?

Workplace Like Home

This site has a comprehensive list of a ton of companies that hire for telecommuting. I mean, this site is AWESOME!!!! The jobs are listed mostly by people who are currently working for a particular company and what the individual has to say about both the job and the company. They even go as far as to explain how to fill out the application, or what to expect after the interview.

Telecommuters are welcome to post and place their job on the site also, so it is always growing. In order to post a job, one must register for free, of course. You can ask questions about a particular job in their chatrooms and they have so many people willing to help you out.

This is one resource you don't want to miss. Take a glance and you'll be surprised!

At Home Professions

My mother, Sherry, my sister, Crystina, and I went to a seminar a while back for a correspondence school called At Home Professions. While sitting there listening to the motivational speaker explain how each of us could get a home profession and have the job we'd always dreamt about, I realized how big the desire was for people to want to work at home. That room was large and it was full of people. I think there might have been 2-6 seats still available and that was it. We all sat scrunched up in little seats and avidly paid attention to that speaker.

At Home Professions offers several certificate plans, and they also help you get a job once you are done with your certificate program. My mother immediately signed up for medical transcription. She thought that with the training program and the help the school would give her, after completing her program, that she couldn't lose.

She did her studies and even began to take another certificate course in Medical Coding. When she finished, she had her certificates and no job. She ended up going to work in an office for Medical Coding. She wasn't dissapointed. You see, in the medical field most employers want experience.

Regardless of finishing a course or having a certificate, doctors want to know that you know your stuff. So, she made her way back into the commuting world and eventually gave up the medical field and went back to titles.

My point is this, schooling isn't enough. You need experience in the professional jobs today. Don't let this get you down because as you have seen, there are far more opportunities out there for people with no degree, or certifcate, than we had originally imagined. We'll all find something at some point, it just depends on how hard we look. (SMILE)

Cha Cha

The new human powered search engine is making waves. Many people can't understand why anyone would need a human powered search engine. Its definitely a different trend.

I signed up to be a chacha guide a couple of weeks ago and was a little dissappointed with the call flow, but after a couple of weeks things sure started moving faster. Queries came in fast and the company couldn't help but hire more agents. We are moving along great. So what is the problem?

Well, the problems are two part: 1) All of the crank queries. (Thanks to all you jokesters out there) and 2) Chacha will only pay the agent for the first ten minutes of a query. Why would that be a problem? Well, let me tell you. When searching for a real live person, the person usually has questions about the search, and the agent has to continue to look for the different searches their customer needs or wants answers to. This can't always be summed up in ten minutes.

Well, even with the problems, of this job, it sure helps me out financially. I am hoping to be able to keep on doing this for quite some time. If you are interested in trying out chacha searches the link to the right of my posts will allow you to do so. If you would like more information on becoming an agent, please let me know!! Well thats all for now.

Have You Ever Heard of Alpine Access?

Alpine access is a Customer Call Center that is based out of each employee's home. It's actually really neat. I worked for Alpine in the Office Depot/Viking Department for over 11 months.

The pay is good, $9 hour, and they don't pay you based on active calls. You get paid for every hour you are on the phone, waiting for calls, or on a call, you name it, you get paid. And what about the savings on gas alone. Seriously, at the rate gas is going for, that has to be a wonderful perk!! You get to pick your own schedule (out of the schedules they offer you) and there is no cost to join the company.

That said, their noise tolerance is zero, so you have to keep your children absolutely silent. The schedules they give you to pick from usually make you work on at least one weekend day. The scripts are strict and you must try to upsell. You also have to have dsl or a high speed internet connection (NOT WIRELESS), a headset with noise canceling feature, and a mute button. Most people use plantronics. I got my plantronics from ebay.com for a fraction of the cost.

Are all of the cons enough to tell you its a bad job? Heck no!!!

In fact, had the kids been in public school and not at home, I would probably still be working there, but six children and silence???? I don't think so.

If you are looking for work and you think you can keep your background noise to zero, then Alpine Access may be the place for you.

Check out www.alpineaccess.com if you want to explore this option further.

My Reasons for starting this blog

My name is Danyiell. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 13 years now. I am about to turn 30 in a few months. My husband, Sean, and I have two beautiful boys. We are so proud of them and would love to enjoy them more.

My sister, Crystina, and I have been homeschooling our children for about the last two years. The class consists of her two children, my two children, and our older sister, Tressa's, two children.

Homeschooling is hard work and even harder when not a lot of people support the homeschooling part. Many people fight us because they believe in socialization and having a REAL teacher teach their children, but I am here to tell you our kids are socialized, happy, AND enjoying learning.

Because we homeschool, my sister, Crystina, and I have been looking for a good "work from home job" for close to five years now. I am amazed at the time we have spent looking for something that people are always looking for but never finding. We have each been involved in several jobs, and home businesses along the way and I will tell you about each one of them, but nothing has gotten us any closer to earning the money we need, while affording us the freedom to enjoy our families.

I am tired of being stressed out about money. I am tired of the crap my husband has to endure to make sure he keeps his job. The problem is, I know that I am certainly not the only person who feels this way. So what should we do when we have no other avenue. Should we give our money (the money that we already have too little of) to these people who claim they can change our lives? I don't think so.

I used to do just that, but how much money do you have to lose before you realize they are just scams.

This blog will be dedicated to finding out the truth about these products and how they rate for the normal average person who needs money, and doesn't have enough to be giving it away.

So lets see what we can find out, shall we?
